1 General Provisions and Definitions

These terms and conditions form a legal agreement between kesino ("we", "our", "platform") and the user ("you", "member"). The definitions of the key terms used here are given below:

3 Financial Transactions and Payment Policy

3.1 Deposit Rules

Members making their first deposit will receive a 200% welcome bonus, up to a maximum of ৳5,000 (five thousand taka). For example:

• Deposit ৳1,000 and receive ৳2,000 in bonus — total balance ৳3,000.
• Deposit ৳6,000 or more and receive the maximum ৳5,000 bonus — total balance ৳11,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirement

To withdraw the welcome bonus, you must complete betting worth 25 times (25x) the bonus amount. Example: if you receive a ৳2,000 bonus, you must place a total of ৳50,000 in bets before withdrawing.

4.3 Bonus Terms

• Each new account is eligible to receive the welcome bonus only once.
• The bonus must be used within a specified time limit; unused bonuses will expire and be cancelled.
• Bonus funds cannot be transferred to any other account.
• Multiple bonus offers cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.

4.4 VIP Program

• Bronze: Up to 0.4% weekly cashback.

• Gold: Up to 1.2% weekly cashback.

Advancement to a VIP tier is determined by the member's activity and regular participation. Cashback is paid each week based on net losses.

5 User Conduct and Prohibited Activities

5.1 Permitted Use

The kesino platform may be used for personal entertainment purposes only. Members are required to comply with all applicable laws.

5.2 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account closure and balance forfeiture:

• Using the platform for fraud, deception or money laundering.
• Using software, bots, scripts or other automated methods to play games.
• Exploiting system vulnerabilities or bugs to gain an unfair advantage.

• Allowing third parties to use your account or placing bets on their behalf.
